Upon arrival, we encountered a backed-up kitchen sink that led to an unpleasant odor and not so pleasant site. Nonetheless, our overall stay was pleasant. Despite an unsuccessful attempt to contact the host, we later received a call from her, which was appreciated. We recommend that the host be more attentive to guests in the future. Nonetheless, the stay and the area were enjoyable.

The property was perfect for our traveling needs. Well appointed 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment that is part of a quadplex. Renovated property. Very pleasant. My husband just started a new job in Charlotte and my daughter and I were easily able to househunt from this location. The neighborhood was dog friendly and we felt safe walking around.
