When we arrived we found the property had not been cleaned. When we contacted the owner she apologized, got the cleaning crew over there within 20 minutes, and showed up to apologize to us face-to-face. She also let us check out late at no additional charge. She was prompt, professional and very friendly.The Hacienda was in a great location and provided plenty of space for the both of us. It was centrally located and not far from a lot of restaurants and outdoor activities. Even though it's right on the street, it was quiet at night, and the neighborhood it's located in is also quiet. It's a great place to stay in Albuquerque.

The house was adorable! Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Shower was fabulous! I'd recommend this property to anyone want to visit Alburquerque

We had to contact the host for instructions to enter the home. It is very quaint and historically beautiful. While there were 3 air conditioning units in the house, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, it was still quite hot, especially since we had to cook that evening we were there. I believe that the house would be cozy in the winter, but the small AC units were not enough for 2 Georgia girls.
