Everything is completely NEW including floors, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, beds, and washer/dryer and is fully furnished including sheets, pillows, towels, and all kitchen items such as pots, pans, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. See below for specific info for each room in the unit.

- guests staying more than a week to reimburse owner 20% of electric bill on prorated basis within 3 business days of request - owner will provide copy of bill monthly to be reimbursed. guests staying a week or less are not responsible for electric reimbursement

1) LOCATION - The condo is 1 block to Congress to so many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment and less than 2 miles to downtown. You don't necessarily need a car as so much is walkable.
2) FREE PARKING - Park at front door for free. Many other places do not have this amenity.
3) SERVICE - I respond quickly and am available any time during your stay in case you need anything. I want you to have a fantastic stay and have many 5-star reviews combined with all of my listings to prove that.

Located just 1 block off South Congress, every possible attraction of SOCO is less than a 2 minute walk.
