About this house rental
You will feel right at home in this spacious (1600 square foot) 3 bedroom 2 bath single level charmer. Tastefully furnished throughout and within walking distance of downtown Williams with all of its restaurants, jbrew pubs, shops, zip lining, and much more. You will be within close proximity to Bearizona, Polar Express, Canyon Coaster, the South rim of the Grand Canyon and an awesome network of hiking trails & lakes for fishing and exploring. The home is situated on a quarter acre in a quiet neighborhood on the southwest side of town. There is an open field directly across the street from the house which creates an open natural space. There is a trailhead less than a quarter mile away that will connect you with miles of trails including the epic hike to Bill Williams mountain. If you happen to enjoy the fastest growing sport in America, there is a brand new Pickleball Court across the street!

My family and I traveled to Arizona for my youngest's college graduation! Decided to come early and see the sites. This property is very well located to get easily to the Grand Canyon and Sedona! We had a wonderful time, and the host is extremely communicative! There are a few things you need to know that I did not read in any of the reviews: The house does not have central air conditioning or at least, we were not able to use the air conditioning! There is a window unit in the main room and one in the primary bedroom. Although it got cooler outside at night, the window units were not enough to cool the house down and the bedrooms got very hot during the night making for not a great nights sleep, especially for an 8 month old baby. There was a dirty pan in the oven when we arrived and my daughter had to wash the sheets in her bedroom because there were stains on the comforter and sheets.I would definitely consider getting more plates and glasses for the kitchen and a Keurig machine for coffee would be nice as well. There was only 1 TV in the whole house. I know this may not be a big deal to other people, but after a day of sight seeing it would have been nice to be able to relax in your own room and watch TV.We had a wonderful time together with family, but would I stay here again.....probably not unless some of the suggestions I made above were taken by the host.

This was a great choice for 3 nights to not be too far from the Grand Canyon. The house itself was lovely and well-appointed. And as a plus, it was a short walk to downtown Williams. Would definitely rent again.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. I was sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

Needed more kitchen dishes and glasses. Biggest issue was AC unit in family room which was a portable unit detached from window. We used chair and tape to reattach. Close to restaurants and GC train and bedrooms were large.
