Looking for a home base for your upcoming trip to the Grand Canyon? Or a nice place to cook a meal and take a hot shower after a long day of hiking, exploring, or hunting? Then you’ve found it. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled upon a hill, overlooking the town of Williams, with a back yard full of trees and room for adventure. This home’s convenient location is just a few minutes’ walk from downtown and Route 66, but just out of the hustle and bustle of busy streets, and a short drive to the Grand Canyon. Packed with amenities such as flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom with DirecTV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker (please plan on bringing your own pods), washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor toys for children, outdoor patio furniture with a natural gas grill, and a dog kennel with dog house for our furry family members. (Max capacity of 8, (infants not included) no exceptions.) We also recently added security cameras to the exterior of the home.

I love the location of this property - you feel like you're out in the woods, with the large wooded back yard, yet you are within walking distance to downtown. The house is well-laid out and stocked, and has very comfortable bedding. The host was super quick to respond to questions. Williams was an awesome place to spend our 4th of July!

Everything was good except the internet was not working the whole time we were there. In turn that cost me over a 100bucks killing 3 different hot spots on our phones. just to watch a little TV and be able to take care of some work stuff while we were out of town
