On the edge of the forest at Les Portes du Pyla, near the Arcachon golf course and all amenities, a charming, recently built villa featuring traditional Bassin-style architecture.
The first floor consists of an entryway with built-in closets and a master bedroom with a private shower room and toilet (160-cm bed).
Upstairs, on the same level as the garden, a hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in closets; one of these bedrooms features an en-suite shower room with a sink and a desk, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious layout, the living area consists of a fully equipped, high-end kitchen that opens onto a living room with a cathedral ceiling, creating a single open space with direct access to a beautiful wooden deck—part of which is covered—a hot tub, and the landscaped garden.
