POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
PARKING: Max 5 cars is allowed. No boat, trailer or RV is allowed.
USPS doesn't provide service in this community. Only UPS or Fedex can deliver to the house.
Trash Pickup: Trash is picked up every day. Guests are expected to put trash/recycling in 13 gallon trash bags and put packed trash in the trash bin at the front door. NO LOOSE TRASH IS ALLOWED IN THE TRASH BIN ($75 fine will be charged if loose trash a is found in the trash bin).
Camera: NO SECURITY CAMEARA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring door bell at the front door will be on during your stay.
