About this house rental

Relaxing 3 bedroom ranch just a short walk to the beach. We are close to a multitide of restaurants and The Jungle Organic Market is at the top of our street. In addition, our home is a short drive to Publix, Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Starbucks, many delicious local establishments, and everything else you could posibly need and want while on vacation. Our home is centrally located between the 192 and Eau Gallie Causeways, making for easy access to all that Brevard has to offer. Our neighborhood is a quiet residential dead end street located directly off A1A. We have surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs,beach wagon, kayak, bikes, fishing poles, coolers,etc. Inside the house the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any cooking you might want to do. We have a propane grill and outdoor dining tables to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Our beach bungalow is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Bedrooms: 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has one queen and one twin bed.
The home has a washer and dryer.
There is a glorious outdoor shower with hot and cold running water.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was everything we hoped for in a short-vacation rental house. The big backyard was great for our dog. Plenty of towels for the beach and our kids loved using the surfboards!
