About this villa rental
Stunning 3 Bed South Facing Villa/Bungalow with private jacuzzi and optional heated pool. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. 1 Bedroom En-suite plus a 2nd Bathroom. All Rooms have Air Con (inverted) and Ceiling Fans. Superb central location 3 mins from supermarket and 5 mins from the town centre restaurants and bars. Villa is south facing for all day sun with additional garden space. The villa has inverted air con which allows for heating in the winter months as well as cool air in the summer. The villa also has central heating, so great rentals potential all year round = Heated Swimming Pool.
The kitchen has been upgraded and includes new Bosch fridge freezer, new Balay (Bosch) oven and new ceramic induction Smeg hob. New quartz worktop, sink and taps. Also comes with new Tefal Air Fryer, plus dishwasher and washing machine.
Please note that the heated pool is optional as additional fees do apply in the winter months. During the winter months 5-7 days notice will be required to pre-warm the water to the required temperature circa 28c. Daily fee of €10 will apply before and during your stay. You may require the heated pool during Oct to May. Heating of the pool should not be required between June-Sept. We do have a pool cover that can be deployed in the evenings to retain the pool temperature as warm as possible. The jacuzzi works on a separate switch and can be used at any time.
A Cleaning/Laundry fee is payable of €130 and is payable locally on departures for each rental.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week away at this villa. The owners are fantastic. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as can be. The Villa is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
The Villa is perfect for staying with a young family, as it is a bungalow so no stairs to worry about. There is a highchair and also a travel cot which the owners purchased a brand new thicker mattress for.
It has a very secure pool safety fence for peace of mind and enables you to still enjoy the outside area without the worry of little ones trying to get to the pool side!
We paid extra for pool heating and it was definitely worth it, we all used the pool every day even if the weather was a bit cooler than expected.
We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to go back.
