The Space:

-Bunk Nook: Twin/Twin Bunk (meant for children only)
-Bathroom 1: Walk in shower.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is received within 48 hours of the time of booking the guest forfeits the reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

This property has a 2 car limit. Only two vehicles are allowed. We do not offer overflow. The resort will collect $50.00 for each parking pass. Register before you arrive or register your parking passes at the resort. The packet will also include 6 wristbands. Wristbands are required to be worn on property on property at all times guests 12 years & older.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

Please note, the grill in the photos & the video is no longer offered. We had to remove the grill per the Fire Marshal. The grill is no longer provided.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins during prime season. Off season notify our office to see if arrangements can be made. We promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the house is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation.

This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

This property & unit are not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500. All ESA Animals & Service Animals must be disclosed at the time of booking.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

The property is well located, it shows that there is a grill in the photos and they don't have one, everything else is very good.

This condo is close to Pier Park. The room is very spacious and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bunk room was bigger than expected too. The pool is heated and the hot tub is large. Beach access is convenient and only has a few steps. The elevators are fast! We would stay here again!

Loved the unit. Modern and up to date. Spacious and had just about everything we needed. It is a hassle to obtain a luggage cart after 5pm and impossible to obtain a grocery cart after 5pm. So plan accordingly if you do not want to carry your luggage or groceries.
