This review is meant to be an accurate recount of our group’s shared experience. The wifi in B was weak, and the wifi in A didn’t exist. There was no connection even available in condo A, no findable connection called Miss Ashlee. We even requested a service man come out and he couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So the TVs in A were unusable the whole trip.I assume the Inspection in A was not done as the lady came out of B and asked us how A looked as if we did the inspection ourself. Additionally, she reported broken remotes in B which were found immediately to be working fine when a maintenance man showed up to figure it out.The grills on the B side is uncertain status with disfigured knobs and don’t light properly, requiring an external candle lighter which we did not find unfortunately, though we could have bought one. The other grill is positioned underneath a tree which hangs low and is a possibly a fire hazard, though it didn’t seem to be an issue for us, just wanted to make sure y’all were tracking that. There’s a towel hanger knob which has clearly been attempted to be stuck into the wall multiple times previous to our stay which is completely broken in one of the upstairs bathrooms. It falls out of place easily when fell when I went to just grab a towel off the rack. There’s was a cup full of chunky blue liquid on top of a bed in Condo A when we arrived. There’s a cockroach that lives inside the clock/digital interface of the Condo A oven/stovetop.

This is the second year we’ve used this house for our senior trip. It was perfect both years. We plan to use this house again and again!

All rugs need to be upgraded or replaced. In house B, the living room floor is a huge safety hazard. The floor is not level and the rug is not properly secured to the floor which caused members to trip. .
