Hello and welcome to “Stine’s Hus” on Borkum. In our comfortable “Alva Vacation Rental,” you’ll enjoy a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends—you’ll feel right at home here. Just a few minutes by bike along the bike path, and you’ll be at the popular promenade and the fine-sand beach!
The vacation rental was extensively renovated in 2026 and now shines in new splendor. Abundant natural light, modern furniture in harmonious colors, and tastefully chosen accessories create a lovely atmosphere and that perfect vacation feeling.
In the open kitchen with dining area, you can start your day off on a relaxed note. Warm breakfast rolls, coffee, and tea can be prepared quickly and easily using the modern kitchen appliances, including high-quality equipment such as an induction stove, oven, and microwave. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. Coffee lovers can choose between a drip coffee maker and a fully automatic machine (with pods)—perfect for that first morning coffee in a lovely atmosphere.
The dining area and couch corner form a cozy ensemble that offers space for shared meals as well as for playing games and watching TV. A modern smart TV and a selection of board games provide entertainment. In the cozy reading nook by the large living room window, you can enjoy relaxing vacation moments and a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The separate bedroom promises a restful night’s sleep. It is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a modern smart TV. The sleeper sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a bed (140 x 200 cm) and is suitable for one adult and one child or two children.
The elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and hair dryer complements the comfort of your stay.
Would you like to combine your vacation with working from home? Free Wi-Fi and a small desk allow you to work in a quiet atmosphere (with your own laptop).
