Watch breath-taking sunsets from the oversized balcony of this beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom condo. There’s space to spread out on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view, with several seating areas and matching chaise lounges. Inside, the space has been renovated by the new owners and professionally decorated by an interior designer. Recently painted walls, new white curtains, and all-new decor combine for a bright, fresh stay. Meal prep is a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Serve up your creations at the breakfast bar, which seats four, or the dining room table, which seats another six. Even better, dine alfresco on the balcony.
After your meal, grab a beach towel and head down to the sand to start working on that tan. Alternately, you’ve also got access to a shared pool and hot tub. After a full day of soaking up that Vitamin D, head back to your condo to relax in the central AC. Gather together on the sectional and channel surf on the new 65-inch smart TV. if you can’t agree on what to watch, each bedroom also features a flatscreen TV. The unique floor plan features two beach-front main suites, each with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. Both suites also feature newly upgraded walk-in tile showers. One of the queens also has an en suite bathroom, and one features a shared bathroom. The condo was great. Just needs a new lint catcher for the dryer. Communication from rental agency was not good at all. When we needed assistance with codes not being correct I called and talked to someone but still nothing was done.

Place was in a perfect location and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The clothes washer didn’t clean as well as expected. Would definitely recommend it.

The location was great! It was clean and plenty of room for our party of 6. Super glad there were beach chairs & toys! Nothing majorly wrong, just a few minor inconveniences that added up to be kind of frustrating.1) our code to the pool/beach access never worked. We asked several times and were told we'd be contacted by the local team and it never happened. Luckily, another family gave us their code so we could come & go. 2) the dryer filter was broken on arrival & without it, it took like 7 cycles to dry a load. A super nice guy came that evening to check it out! & someone else did come & drop off another one 2 days later, but it didn't fit. 3) parking was a disaster. If you have anything bigger than a VW beetle, don't bother going into the parking garage. I scratched the side of our minivan trying to make the tight turns. 4) not alot of cookware for more than a few people, but it was doable. 5) if you stay longer than 2 days, plan on bringing your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry/dish detergent.
