Alley Lane is a stunning 4 bedroom 2 bathroom new build located in Morell, PEI. Just a 3 minute walk to sandy dunes and crashing waves of Lakeside beach, this contemporary cedar cottage is the perfect place to call your home away from home when on vacation! You can access the beach from dune way as well as the main road so those with a harder time getting around do not need to worry. Enjoy evenings in the 3 season screened in room which features a hot tub and bar fridge, or bbq while relaxing on outdoor furniture located on the porch. Just minutes away is 5 Star Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort, fresh seafood, and family owned restaurants. Charlottetown is just 25 minutes away where you can find all amenities.

The main floor is an open space with 28 ft high ceilings. The large kitchen has an island for extra prep space, basic spices, and all other utensils needed to prepare meals at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area that sits 10+ people. The cozy living room has a fireplace to enjoy on chilly nights.
Within Alley Lane, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The upstairs bonus room is the perfect space for kids since there is a large flat screen TV, and a window which overlooks the downstairs main area.
We require you to sign a pet waiver if you bring a pet. If you would like to bring more than 1 pet, please inquire.

The location was a perfect size to accommodate the group. The quality of accommodations amenities and spacious kitchen was top of the line. The from the property manager was excellent. They were able to address each of our needs and answer any questions to make the stay memorable. I would recommend this location to anyone in the future.

We had a wonderful visit and loved the beautiful touches on this house. They had everything we needed for the beach which was extremely helpful. We also used the gates provided as we had our 1 year old with us. The movie room was a big hit with the kids and we all enjoyed nights by the fire and hot tub. Thanks for having us!
