Our living room features a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace wall, creating a cozy lounge area. It’s equipped with a smart TV and comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding or gathering together. A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the living space.
The primary bedroom is situated on the main floor and boasts a luxurious ensuite with a spacious walk-in tile shower and a soaking tub. Additional elegant features include a king size bed, water closet, double vanity, and a generous walk-in closet.
Upstairs, you'll find three spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, each offering a comfortable setting for a restful night's sleep.
The third bedroom features stunning custom-built bunk beds, offering 6 single beds. This versatile space also serves as an additional living area, complete with a TV and lounge space. Patio doors open onto a balcony with beautiful ocean views.

We had an amazing time! First time in PEI and the location in North Rustico was perfect. 10 minutes to all the shops in Cavendish, Cavendish beach, Avonlea Village, etc. Easy to get down to North Rustico Beach. Fresh fish at a market 2 minutes away and a small grocery for kitchen staples as well. Longest drive was a little over an hour to Greenwich Dunes (highly recommend) and we could get anywhere we wanted for this trip in under 30 minutes. House itself is beautiful. Plenty of room for a family of 5, my parents, and my sister. Kitchen updated. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. Great view of the gulf sitting on the front porch and perfect for sunrise if you're up early.Host was VERY responsive to all questions and communication leading up to the trip was awesome. Would 100% stay here again!!
