Come and stay in this spacious 3-room apartment of 88 square meters located in the heart of the Marina de Mandelieu, in a quiet and luxury building, close to golf, and all amenities.
You can also relax by the pool which is located in the residence, on arrival we provide you with bathrobes and towels.
You have a large living room with a flat screen TV, the separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.
For more comfort, 2 bathrooms are available , one with bath and the other with shower, also 2 bedrooms with 2 small beds forming a double bed, one of the rooms has air conditioning.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family many activities are possible nearby.

You also have a garage in the basement (maneuvers can be complex for a "big" vehicule)
Sheets and towels provided, as well as bath towels for the pool .
