Welcome to Orange County! This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath newly built 2022 private house. Powered by solar. A home away from home. A 5 minute walk to Brotherhood winery,15 minute drive from Woodbury Common Outlets. Five minutes away from Stop and Shop, and liquor store. 1.5 hour train ride to NYC (salisbury mills), 50 minute drive to NYC and 25 minute drive to West Point. Big yard, dog friendly! Doggy Day care near by to book your buddies and Enjoy the day!

If you are into apple picking, pumpkin picking, wine tasting, fun family activities this is the perfect home for you. With a comfortable cozy wood burning fireplace, s'mores outside on the roofed deck, the memories at our home will last a lifetime. The Bear mountain ice skating is a dream! Drive-in movie theaters in Warwick; stop to get home made ice cream at Bellvale Farms Creamery. Visit Mt. Peter in Warwick, NY for skiing and tubing only 30 min away. Lego Land is not even 20 minutes away! Perfect for a low-key weekend with the family. Shop around the area with 2 Super Walmarts, Target, Bj's, Sams Club, and possibly any store you can think of. Orange county is the home of the historical "Oldest winery in America" named The Brotherhood Winery. Waterfront restaurants and walking paths in Newburgh and Beacon. Palisades Mall about 45 minutes away! Metlife and Prudential stadiums in near distance, with about an hour/ hour and a half train ride/ drive.

Relaxing stay with plenty of room to enjoy some down time. In a neighborhood in a rural setting about 25 mins from West Point. Wonderful hosts that communicated specific directions so all was clear for arrival and departure. Would do it again.
