Modern, comfortable, SPACIOUS Duplex Penthouse is walking distance to the sandy Arenal Beach of Javea. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, two outdoor terraces, one leading off the kitchen & living area with 6 chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or a dinner and the second terrace is situated on the upper level with Sun Loungers and chill area. English cable TV and WIFI, Central air conditioning on the lower level. Master bedroom on the upper level has single air conditioning unit.

Casa Tranquila is a wonderful and well equipped apartment in a quiet complex. The facilities are excellent and we were met and looked after very well by Wendy, who also communicated very well with us during our stay. The apartment is well located, not far from the Arenal (beach) and many bars and restaurants.We had a great stay and will definitely look to return at some stage.
