This is a beautiful home on a fantastic lot, especially for families with kids. The playground was actually the reason we chose this property over several others, and it absolutely delivered. The backyard offers plenty of space for kids to play, adults to relax, and groups to spread out. The house itself is well-built, spacious, and comfortable.Unfortunately, there were a few issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.The biggest concern was the incredibly strong sewage odor in the backyard. It seemed to get progressively worse throughout the weekend and at times made it unpleasant to be outside. We weren't sure whether it was coming from this property or a neighboring one, but because the backyard is such a highlight of the home, it significantly impacted our experience.Communication was also frustrating. We received multiple emails confirming an early check-in and late check-out, planned our group's travel around those times, and were later told those emails had been sent in error and would not be honored. Mistakes happen, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. We also never received our check-in instructions and had to call upon arrival, though they answered quickly and got us what we needed.The home has so much potential, but several amenities could use attention: scratched and peeling cookware, very dull kitchen knives, only a handful of wine glasses for a home that sleeps 16, a worn hot tub that never heated above 100°, almost no cold water pressure in the kitchen with scalding hot water, and very dusty fake plants throughout.Overall, this is a beautiful property with an amazing setup for large groups. I genuinely hope these issues are addressed because they're all very fixable. If they were, we'd happily consider staying again.

We rented this cabin to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. We were able to bring our kids and the space was perfect for the group. We did some day trips to the local lakes, went fishing, and played pickleball at the house! The backyard was ideal for the adults to relax and the kids to run. We highly recommend!

We rented this property for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect! It's just far enough from the city, but not to far and in a safe, gated community. The property had every amenity for a relaxing trip. Comfortable beds, plenty of places to lounge, a hot tub, bonfire pit, and even a playground for kids! We loved the pickleball/basketball court outside and everything the game room had to offer. There was a power outage during our first night, but we were impressed by the quick communication and prompt actions of Connor from property management to fix the issue. This will definitely be a staple stay in the future and we couldn't recommend this property enough!
