An elegant two-bedroom villa, situated in the traditional village of Megalochori, offers a refined retreat with uninterrupted views of the sunset & caldera, the Aegean Sea and Santorini’s famed sunset. Just 50 metres from the cliffside, it welcomes between 2 and 6 guests, making it suitable for couples, small groups of friends, and families travelling together (please note that the villa is not available for children).
The interior comprises two serene bedrooms, each appointed with a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, individually controlled air-conditioning and heating. The living area features two built-in single sofa beds suitable for one person each, along with an additional flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, cooking facilities, refrigerator and a dining table, ensuring the option for comfortable in-villa dining. In total, the property contains two bathrooms.
The villa opens onto a spacious private terrace for outdoor living, complete with an external hot tub, sun loungers and an additional semi-outdoor seating area accessible from the main entrance. From here, guests may admire the caldera and sunset views that Santorini is renowned for, along with the surrounding villages and islands. A small private church belonging to the owner’s family stands alongside the residence, adding a distinctive cultural character to the setting.
The property has been constructed using environmentally considerate building methods and is fitted with eco-friendly appliances, solar water heating and energy-efficient systems.
