It has vintage charm with its hardwood floors, cozy furnishings, a full kitchen, and an updated full bathroom, plus a working fireplace and a quiet screened-in back porch. Bedroom one features a king size. Bedroom two has two twin beds, and the comfortable living room has a convertible sofa that can sleep one adult or two small children. All linens and towels provided. High-speed fiber optic internet, a stocked Keurig and a welcome basket are other assets to this property. Rooms are clean, spacious and ready for your stay in Charlottesville.
A completely separate long-term rental occupies the basement level of this house . It has it’s own back entrance, and no spaces are shared, all doors between are locked and secure, your space upstairs is completely your own!

This house was so cozy and inviting for my son and me when we were in Charlottesville to celebrate the life of my other deceased son. I knew the minute I walked in the door that this house was not just a house, but a home. It was so comforting. We were really glad we had not stayed in a hotel because all the little things we needed were there for us: a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space to sit and relax without that impersonal feeling one gets in a hotel box. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, so we were able to really sleep well on comfortable beds. I left feeling how I would love to return during happier circumstances.
