Stone vacation house "Angelo" with pool is located in Kaštel Lukšić in an isolated area (mountain Kozjak), but also within easy reach of all sights, cultural content, and activity in Dalmatia. The City of Kaštela itself was formed around seven historical fortifications, some of which are well-preserved and worth visiting. The beaches of the beautiful Kaštela's coast are about 2.5 km away, while at a drive distance of 30-40 minutes are Split, Trogir, Omiš, Šibenik, and various famous tourist routes like the Krka National Park - which offers beautiful and preserved nature. A little further there is a possibility of rafting on the beautiful river Cetina, the famous palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian in Split, the medieval fortress Klis or the Biokovo skywalk. The nearby Split airport is 12 km away.
In close proximity to the house, there are numerous parks, restaurants, and cafes where you can enjoy authentic Croatian food and drinks on sunny terraces. The stone house is located in an enclosed area of 2000m2 and is completely surrounded by olive groves, thus creating a feeling of complete intimacy, privacy, and safety. The house has a private entrance, parking, garage, outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower with hot water, and swimming pool overlooking the nearby Adriatic sea.
The house's (90m2) interior is fully furnished and clean. It has two rooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with two one-person beds, and two cooling fans. The living room - which also has a wood stove - is pleasant for socializing and is connected to a small kitchen equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, and refrigerator. In the living room, there is a sofa, table, four chairs, and new AC. From the living room, you go directly to a large terrace overlooking the sea and olive groves. An outdoor table and chairs on the terrace are ideal for summer nights. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower with hot water. There is a tavern on the ground floor. The house has satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
About 1,5 km from the house road transitions from paved to narrow macadam road. It is advisable not to come with low vehicles to avoid potential damage. it would be great if you have or rent a higher/smaller car that can be easily navigated on road.
