The photos on the VRBO site were not indicative of the unit's condition. The master bedroom door had wood missing, and the master bath had some of the finish missing on the cabinet door. Windows in master bedroom were hard to open. All in all, the master suite is in need of renovation . The coax cable cover in the den was hanging from the wall. The kitchen was fine.
Nothing to do with this particular unit, but we will not return to Amelia Island unless something is done about the terrible taste and smell of the tap water. I literally could not even brush my teeth with it (used water we purchased), and even the smell of the water when showering was overpowering.
