Came with some friends from college without our children and it was the most perfect location! We could walk to all the restaurants/bars easily and had great communication with the owner/manager. I would definitely come back!

Throughly enjoyed our time here in CB. The property is located in a quiet part of town - yet you can get to elk avenue within a 5 minute walk.
The hot tub is killer and the property is in immaculate condition. We had everything we need in terms of kitchen utensils & towels. There is nothing bad I could say about this property and our experience.
We would (and will) happily stay here again the next time we come to town.

We had the best time and really enjoyed Adam’s house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The deck upstairs and the jacuzzi were an extra bonus! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!
