Our beautiful home is the perfect destination for your trip. If you’re looking for a clean, stylish, and beautifully curated location to stay while in paradise, welcome home! Brand new 6 person hot tub installed, which will be sure to provide endless relaxation. But it gets better, the entire interior is thoughtfully designed to make sure your stay is comfortable and stylish.
The home is a spacious open concept floor plan. The kitchen has all of the essentials and is a dream to cook in. It boasts three spacious bedrooms, each with a King bed. There are also two separate living room areas each equipped with smart TVs and comfortable seating.
FAMILY FRIENDLY: For your convenience, we also provide the essentials for your little ones like a crib and high chair, if needed. The hot tub has protective covering for added safety.
This home is the ideal place to create fun memories and an unforgettable vacation.
Please be mindful of our neighbors. You are in residential and historic neighborhood, please keep outside noise at a reasonable level during your stay. Please keep exterior clean and do not leave trash outside.
Unreasonably loud noise is prohibited! Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinances and a violation of rental agreement. We live here, we love it here, and we want you to thoroughly enjoy this home, but not at the expense of upsetting our neighbors! Please no pool use after 11:30pm, as to avoid exterior noises that disrupt the neighbors.

Lovely spacious home in a great neighborhood. Feels private but close to essentials and life! Very close to the beach. We enjoyed lots of long walks. Great yard for running around and playing.One of the cleanest homes I ever stayed in!! Lots of extra towels and blankets. Management was easy to get in touch with, kind and accommodating.

My family stayed for a week at this fantastic home. Mermaid's Paradise was exactly what we needed for our visit, with plenty of space for everyone. The home was well-stocked and very, very clean. There were extra towels and we appreciated having access to the washing machine and dryer (a must when traveling with kids!). The neighborhood was walkable and we enjoyed evening strolls to see the lake. The kids loved playing the provided board games or visiting the nearby playground in the evenings. We walked to the beach one day and on other days we drove for ease. We also made trips to Key Biscayne, Little Havana, and Fort Lauderdale, as well as an Everglades boat tour. This was all within easy driving distance of the home. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We'd stay here again and would recommend this lovely home to others!
