Świetna lokalizacja. Do plaży faktycznie jest kilka minut spacerkiem, a na Stare Miasto kilkanaście minut. Bezproblemowa i szybka komunikacja z właścicielem obiektu. Bardzo dobrze działając klimatyzacja.
Najbardziej przeszkadzał w obiekcie panujący zapach, był męczący i generalnie nieładny. Ponadto bardzo uciążliwa jest konieczność segregacji śmieci, a następnie wystawiania kosza z konkretnymi odpadami codziennie wieczorem według harmonogramu udostępnionego przez zarządzającego obiektem. Rozumiem obowiązujące lokalne przepisy, ale ta kwestia powinna być udogodniona.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man kann zu Fuss in die Altstadt, zum Einkaufen und ans Meer. Das Auto kann man bequem vor dem Haus in der Strasse parken. In der Nacht ist es meist ruhig, nur wenig Verkehr zu hören. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
