Apartment was excellent, great facilities, short walk to town and good parking for motorbikes
Bit confused about asking for code for keys as it was not sent on day of arrival. Told at restaurant that code not given out until 4. I know check in wasn’t til 4 but didn’t realise that also means picking up key would also be delayed. We did get sorted quickly when we spoke to people at restaurant and were also able to access room before 4. This is a small inconvenience. The apartment is great and I would recommend to others

Perfect customer service really flexible. Todella avuliasta ja hyvää palvelua sain tulla aiemmin ja lähteä myöhemmin ja muutenkin todella ystävällistä ja asiaallista palvelua. Täysin 5/5 kokemus ja jos tulen rovaniemelle uudelleen käytän varmasti.

Location is great, parking is an extra value, bed was comfortable
Communication with the host is beyond poor. She wasn’t replying, took ages to reach (to the point we escalated to Booking). Also, it wasn’t the same apartment we actually booked
