The property is nice and good value for money and in a good location near the shops in the city
When we got to the property and we’re very tired. We were then told we had to go up the road to go and get the keys with all our luggage. The keys are not located at the property. They’re at a property two streets away. The owner didn’t send us any details until after I asked after getting to the property. This was really inconvenient.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so good to have this so close to everything including the local city centre and bus stop to and from the airport. It was super easy to pick up the keys from another property with the really easy to follow instructions and not too far. There are towels included, good quality and everything you needed to cook a meal if you wanted to stay in. The place was warm (bonus was the underfloor heating in the massive bathroom with excellent shower) and cosy, a nice retreat to come back to on the cold snowy days out. We would absolutely stay here again! Perfect!

Location was good ! Owner was great for communicating and when we had a query our questions were answered right away
Dirty bag of rubbish from past travellers left in the room when we arrived
