Drzwi do toalety powinny być skrzydłowe a nie przesuwne.

Dobra lokalizacja, nowa aranżacja, blisko jezior i starówki, stosunkowo blisko dworca Olsztyn Zachodni i Główny. Wyposażenie standardowe, mogłoby być więcej talerzy oraz jakikolwiek płyn do naczyń a nie tylko kapsułki do zmywarki. Duży plus za ręczniki etc. Okna i drzwi szczelne a za to plus.
Drzwi do łazienki są przesuwne, nie posiadają jakichkolwiek uszczelek, przez co na wyjazd ze znajomymi czy nawet z rodziną jest to niekomfortowe od samego początku. Brak płynu do naczyń. Łóżko niewygodne, bardzo miękkie, przez co przy dwóch osobach i tak ląduje się razem na środku, nie da się wyspać.

Grzejniki nie były odkręcone i w mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno. Mimo odkręcenia grzejników wiało z okna. Była to bardzo zimna noc. Za łóżkiem pełno starego kurzu. Bardzo ciężko z parkingiem. Cena adekwatna do tych warunków.
