Location is perfect for us as we are building in the neighborhood.
I did not read the description well enough. I just searched based on location and had AC. I totally missed the fact it was a two story unit and the AC was only in the upstairs living area. Bedroom is down stairs and a little warm for me personally in mid July.

Roomy and comfortable. The fireplaces were a nice touch. Great for a family.
The vent hood over the stove didn't work and the upstairs bathtub drained very slowly. Could use a few more pots and pans and utensils.
