About this apartment rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story condo. The master has a King size bed and the guest bedroom has queen size bed and they are located on the 1st floor along with 1 bath. The living, dining, kitchen and 1 bath are located on the 2nd floor also there is a trundle day bed (which will sleeps 2) The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony, which has 4 chairs, has a beautiful view of Pagosa Peak. The upper balcony also has new Weber grill
The dining table will seat 6 comfortably. Located a short distance from hiking, skiing, downtown Pagosa and Hot Springs.

Clean property with plenty of space and nice features (well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, laundry facilities, BBQ). The property is quite remote (nearest fresh groceries are 30 minute drive), but is centrally located to visit Taos, Santa Fe, and Los Alamos.

The property is nice. I mirror some of the other reviews- it is a little bit outdated. But it’s nicely decorated and overall very comfortable. It doesn’t have central heating per se, so it’s a little hard to regulate the temperature at night. My only suggestions to the host would be to change out the pillows because they smell bad and maybe update the stove. It’s electric, the burners are crooked, and makes it hard to even cook eggs.

Condo was very clean with all the necessary supplies.
1980's decor. Instructions on how to clean up were unclear.
