An homestay - stay with local family

Quyen and Tam are the perfect hosts, and their son An is a wonderfully well mannered and delightful young man. The food prepared by Tam for breakfast and dinner was superb, the best I have had during my visit to North Vietnam. The home, garden, bedroom and guest lounge are all finished and furnished to a very high standard. Everything was beautifully clean and working, it was a true joy to be welcomed into their home. Quyen's background in tourism and knowledge is excellent. This is the perfect place for people who appreciate excellent vegetarian food, a quiet and peaceful location and hosts who treat you like family, they really go the extra mile for their guests.

Tam and her family were so friendly. Lovely rooms are very clean. Good food at Tams vegetarian restaurant freshly prepared and cooked. Would stay again.

Short hill to homestay, not a problem for us.

My wife and I loved everything about this homestay. The location is in-between the main street area and the harbor, so very easy access to town restaurants and the cruise boats. It is located up an alley so quiet, private, and beautiful view of surrounding mountains. This is a REAL homestay so spent a lot of time visiting with Quyen and Tam. Tam is an AMAZING cook so expect to leave breakfast full and ready for a day of adventure. Large clean room, the entire home is clean and classy, awesome hosts.

De kamer is ingericht met mooi meubilair en het is heel schoon. Prachtige tuin met vijver. Het eten is er heerlijk! Het was beste eten van onze reis in Vietnam! De eigenaren zijn ongelofelijk gastvrij, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ligt heel centraal; je kunt overal naartoe wandelen. Deze accommodatie kun je zonder enige twijfel kiezen!
