Cozy stay
Clean, big apartment. There are so many amenities . Tourist brochures available. Electric adapters avaliable . Iron, hair dryer available. Clean, well equipped kitchen although we didn't use it. Contactless check-in and check out. You could see/feel that the owner takes care of the accommodation with good thought. Close enough to our points of interest in the area.
You could hear the cars passing by outside when trying to get some rest in the bedroom . We still slept well cause we are not light sleepers, but it was difficult to get some rest when we got back "home" in the evening hearing the cars passing by. The owner did say he is already looking into some solutions to this problem and is really trying to improve, which is impressive.

Rien de plus Romantique
Il est très joli, très chaleureux et très confortable, le bleu est très reposant et le blanc très lumineux. On voit que la maison est très bien entretenue et que Matteo fait tout ce qu'il faut pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Matteo est vraiment quelqu'un de très gentil, de très chaleureux et de très accessible. Il parle bien l'anglais, il est disponible très rapidement par téléphone en cas de problèmes. Il pense à son client, sans parler du consommable qu'il mets à notre disposition, pour le petit café ou le petit thé du matin. Il est aussi très organisé. Il y a un coin de la maison où sont disposés des prospectus, des magazines avec des cartes postales pour améliorer notre séjour à Sarzana si l'envie nous prend de faire un peu de tourisme. Et sous l'évier, il a même pensé à laisser à notre disposition des sacs poubelles pour les différentes poubelles de tri.

Ottima Casetta😜
Matteo le hôte, est une personne très aimable, disponible cordiale et à la main. L’appartement est très bien situé, pas loin du centre de Sarzana, face à l’hôpital et juste à coté de la route principale pour partir en toutes directions.
Le seul problème que vous pouvez rencontrer est que si vous êtes habitué à dormir dans le silence absolu et faire la grasse matinée, le fait d’être devant l’hôpital peut vous déranger un peu à cause du nombre de véhicules qui passent.

La casa è piccolina ma del tutto funzionale, esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione, la posizione ottima per muoversi nei dintorni e per raggiungere il centro, il parcheggio sempre libero a poche decine di metri dalla casa. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile
