it was good for the temporary stay.

the house had a really good kitchen. the bathroom was clean. the accessories worked fine.

the bed had some problems. i fixed it temporarily but it just went back to the problem and was uneasy to sleep on. another thing to add is that every kitchen accessory was not plugged in and i had to do it on my own. some of them like the fridge and the microwave was hard to do so because the plug was behind and under the cabinet. and for that same reason i couldn't use washing machine because how ever i struggled the plug was unreachable.

Because I travelled for work I needed my laptop and I couldn’t plug it in anywhere. The plugs are not European.

BEWARE: Automated SELF-Check-in

Clean apartments, the host responded quickly to fix arising issues

1) Their Self-check-in registration was ridiculous, especially when you have to check in on behalf of your relatives from your PC/mobile phone. Very difficult. The provider they use is called host4u.it 2) You need a Wi-Fi connection / mobile internet to open the doors. Not a particularly smart way for tourists who arrive with no SIM card. We tried using the building's Wi-Fi, but it wasn't strong enough to reach the first floor. If you or your guests are not tech-savvy, be careful 3) The Air Conditioner didn't work the first night. The city gets really hot in June, so it was not pleasant for my parents. I do have to note that the host fixed it quickly the next day. 4) Our room was on the top floor, and the elevator couldn't reach it. It's possible that I missed this piece of information within the description though

Extremely impressed in the good sense.

I liked the general cleaning and the concerns for details. I was also impressed by the kitchen, the main living area, and the bathroom, which were very friendly to the customers. Also, I liked the view from the balcony and windows and the colors of the walls and furniture, tastefully arranged. The host was verry supportive and communicative, by the way! :)

Brudno, kurz taki jakby mieszkanie w niektórych miejscach nie było sprzątane od kilku miesięcy. Zgłaszałam to u dostałam tylko informację że zostanie to przekazane firmie sprzątającej i tyle. Pościel średnio świeża. Jedyne miejsce faktycznie wyglądające ok i czysto to łazienka. Reszta porażka.

Casa calda e doccia grande

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo subito notato e segnalato che tutte le prese della casa erano staccate per un malfunzionamento dell’impianto elettrico… tutte comprese quelle degli elettrodomestici! La faccio breve, siamo stati 3 notti e nessuno, si è fatto vivo per risolvere il problema, non ci è stato proposta nessuna soluzione e nessuno ci ha fatto le scuse per l’inconveniente!!!! In pratica l’host è inesistente!!!

A propos du lit il est indispensable de le changer ainsi il faut ajouter des oreillers et une couverture si vous voulez économiser l'électricité. Et être courtois soit une bouteille d'eau ou un jus pour souhaiter la bienvenue à vos clients.î

Grazie a Dio siamo tornati a casa!

Nessun rapporto con il gestore, pessima la comunicazione sulle procedure di ingresso in struttura, spiegato malissimo in una mail e ricopiato uguale quando al nostro arrivo lo abbiamo ricontattato. Non abbiamo mai ricevuto la password per il Wi-Fi. Il locale è freddo perché i termosifoni si spengono la sera (quando fa più freddo), abbiamo chiesto notizie su questo e su altre cose (ricevere una coperta, sistemare un faretto che emetteva una fastidiosissima luce ad intermittenza, sistemare il chiusino del lavandino del bagno che si bloccava, ed infine abbiamo avuto anche un brutta compagnia da parte di una blatta) abbiamo le foto del cadavere. Il gestore non ha mai risposto nonostante lui oggi rispondendo alla nostra comunicazione del check-out effettuato alle nostre lamentele, sostenga di averci risposto in precedenza. Non ha mai risposto nemmeno a Booking che ha provato a contattarlo dopo le nostre segnalazioni. Pessima anche la gestione da parte del portale che ci ha proposto un rimborso (entro 15 gg) e un cambio di struttura alla seconda notte, ma lo avremo dovuto comunque pagare noi subito (non potevamo affrontare la spesa ulteriore in attesa del rimborso). Non ci sono giustificazioni, la gestione di una struttura affitta camere non si sa nemmeno dove sta di casa, e qualunque sia la risposta del gestore che seguirà la recensione basta guardare le foto del cadavere.

Da evitare

Non ci è piaciuto nulla

Tanto cancellano la recensione.. Ad ogni modo la riscrivo Appena entrati nell appartamento sito a -1,la puzza di umidità era assurda, di 3 finestre se ne poteva aprire solo una perché le altre erano rotte. Le luci spente ,se non ci veniva in mente di alzare il contatore sul quadro elettrico ,nessuno ci avvisava. Tant è che per spegnere i faretti sul letto toccava ri abbassare la leva del contatore nel quadro generale. Il divano letto scomodissimo, il lenzuolo usciva di continuo e non copriva l intero materasso. La doccia con una parete mancante ,allagata tutto il bagno, sifone doccia rotto ,l acqua calda che un ora c era ,quella dopo no. Abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura ,ma telefonicamente non rispondeva nessuno e via chat ,non davano assolutamente adito alle nostre parole ,come se avessi voglia di stare a polemizzare con loro se tutto fosse stato funzionante. Ovviamente non ci hanno cambiato l appartamento, n0n ci hanno rimborsato di nulla e hanno sminuito la situazione.

Il materasso scomodo,la rete era rotta wifi non funzionava,mancava una coperta almeno nella doccia non c’era la luce il brutto ho contattato il ragazzo manco mi ah risposto…sono partita prima del previsto

Deludente

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta era la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice, ma purtroppo non c’erano i detersivi e per una persona che deve stare ci poco non ha senso comprarli sarebbe stato carino trovare delle piccole boccette per l’utilizzo.

la struttura in foto sembra davvero molto carina ma appena arrivata ho notato che non funzionavano le zanzariere e le finestre sembravano chiuse ma in verità erano rotte quindi sono entrate una quantità infinita di insetti e cimici. Inoltre le doge del letto appena ti appoggiavi si sfilavano e profondavi. Per non parlare della scomodità del letto.

Splendido soggiorno a Pavia

La pulizia, la disponibilità dell'host ed il fatto che la camera sia dotata di ogni comfort. L'host risponde velocemente a qualunque richiesta e sempre con molta gentilezza.

Personalmente ritengo che l'unica pecca, dell'appartamento che ho preso io in affitto,sia il fatto che la cucina e la camera da letto siano in un unico ambiente.
