Für drei Personen sehr geräumige Wohnung an guter, ruhiger Lage.

Ottima posizione. Ascensore. Vista straordinaria.
Scarsa pulizia della cucina e interno mobili. Scarsa manutenzione. Assenza di luci sull'unico comodino del letto matrimoniale e di interruttore per spegnere luci centrali. Nella camera matrimoniale il bagno è costituito sulla sinistra da un lavandino e sulla destra dietro un angolo da una tazza. Il tutto in assenza di porta.

La situation est quasi imbattable, et la vue très belle sur le centre ville de Pavie. Le logement est sous les toits, avec une vue dégagée sur 3 faces différentes. Il y a un charme certain à avoir le logement sous les toits, les aménagements sont bien pensés, ce qui en fait un logement original pour le séjour.
Difficulté à communiquer avec notre hôte (italien uniquement), mais ce n'est pas un point négatif, juste une remarque. Il manque beaucoup de choses ou de petites attentions, et pas mal d'entretien (moustiquaires percées, attaches de volets dévissés, poignée de la porte d'entrée mal fixée...), et un peu de matériel de base en cuisine pour préparer les repas. Propreté bonne, mais pourrait être mieux, surtout dans la salle de bains.
