Villa Mandra 4BR Luxury Pool Villa, Bophut KBR2

We had an extremly good stay at Villa Mandra from 27th December till 4th January. Our Host Nicky was extremly good in Organizing. When we arrived we had to get a car, as my wife has broken her finger before. She telephone to more than 5 partners, but she made us not too much hope, as it was high season. But after 30 Minutes I got a WhatsApp about the confirmed car, which arrived at the next morning. We were very glad. Nicky gave us also very interessting tips for Dining and Shopping. Pu, who managed the rooms arrived always at 1pm. That was a great timing and she cleaned very well. We are already planing to return to Koh Samui in December. And we trying to get again a villa, that was kept by Nicky. Thank you Nicky and Pu.

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr ordentlich und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Aus den zwei Schlafzimmern kein direkter Zugang zum Haupthaus sondern nur über die Terrasse. Übergabe Villa katastrophal. Keine Übergabe, nichts. Strom & Wasser Fällt immer wieder aus, da am Berg einfach zu wenig verfügbar ist - laut Personal. Personal sehr unzuverlässig und unfreundlich.
