Hotel Scirocco St Julian's, Affiliated by Meliá

The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and had good and honest recommendations. The rooms, the pool, the overall hotel, were all very clean. Location was good in terms of easy access to public transport and shops.

Building works nearby - started at 7.30am, but we were pre-warned about this so it wasn’t a surprise and we were out most of the day.

Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice and excellently presentation

Das Frühstück war okay, die Auswahl für 2-3 Tage ausreichend. Abwechslung gab es aber nicht. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Hotel liegt in St. Julians und obwohl es etwas ab von der Hauptstr. liegt, ist es in der Umgebung recht laut. Dazu trägt im Sommer 2026 auch bei, dass auf beiden Seiten des Hotels Baustellen sind auf denen ab 7 Uhr morgens gearbeitet wird. Zusätzlich nicht so schön ist der wirklich winzige Pool und Dachterrassenbereich sowie die sehr spärliche Ausstattung der Zimmer. In meinem Fall hatte Zimmer 22 nicht mal einen kleinen Tisch oder einen Stuhl.

La localisation était idéale. Malgré une arrivée tardive, j’ai été très bien prise en charge. La chambre était propre et les équipements étaient très bien également, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable.

Je n’ai pas apprécié le bruit des travaux très tôt le matin. Étant arrivée tard et déjà fatiguée, cela a été difficile. Je suis consciente que cela ne dépend pas directement de l’hôtel, mais le bruit était vraiment très présent, donnant l’impression d’être sur le chantier. De plus, les tarifs des jours suivants étaient trop élevés, ce qui m’a contrainte à changer d’hôtel.
