Central location to places in the west of Crete, around Chania. Very close to shops and supermarket; a few minutes from a decent beach; within close range of other more popular beaches and also to Chania.
Airport was also only 20-30 minutes by car.
A nice little welcome gift was a sweet touch.
Large lounge area; good outdoor terrace/balcony.
The place was a little dusty, assuming that it'd been a while between customer visits, so perhaps a quick once over would have been better.
No view from 1st floor balcony.

Space
I liked everything about the property. Souda is grest location if you want to avoid crowd in Chania. The only thing that I missed is any kind of beach at a walking distance

Indoor parking spot, spacious living room and a nice coffee spot on the balcony.

Very good property. Location is on a back side from the main street, but it is very close to the port and central locations. Good restaurants are nearby as well as supermarket. Nothing to do in the city, but it is very convenient place to travel from around the island.
Way to parking is tricky.
