Came to spend another weekend at Kings Inn, and this was our 7th visit. It is in a little secluded corner, less than 10 minutes from the HAUNT at Kings Island. Awsome staff, clean rooms, and a great indoor pool, clean, warm, with an attached patio outside. The value is great, they have the lowest price around!
We have no complaints. I am a smoker, and no smoking in room. I get it, I respect it, and it's pretty standard at every hotel. They do provide a bench out front, that is convenient.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel being so close to the venue I was going to. The front desk was even kind when I accidentally forgot to check out at 11 and was a little late.
I saw a lot of cockroaches in my room including some that were already squished onto the wall before I even got there. I understand the hotel was less than $60 a night but it was clear that cleanliness is the lowest priority item for the owners.
