SVE ZA 10+ ..Lokacija odlična u ulici sa svim dostupnim prodavnicama, par restorana , Centar na 5 minuta laganog hoda i razgledanja izloga..Dnevni boravak i trpezarija osmišljeno profesionalno , soba gore takođe..Sve čisto i uredno ...Dosta putujem i boravim po raznim destinacijama ...Ovako nešto sam imao slično samo u Temišvaru i u Draču ..Ovaj stan najbolji do sada .Grejanje može na nuli i sa dve klime , gore i dole ..Centralno grejanje takođe u funkciji ..
