Really friendly staff and enjoyed my stay there. Swimming pool was well used.
Our room was a long walk from the reception hall and the main entrance. But there was a lot of help from the staff helped us with the luggage.

Located on the banks of Ashtamudi lake... All rooms are with lake view balconies. Staff are well mannered and polite. Overall experience was nice.
Restaurant menu are bit overpriced and takes too much time for room delivery. However restaurant staff are willing to go an extra mile with their service...

Lunch was too expensive. The price of buffet was not displayed, no one told us and my bad that even I didn't ask before having it. Regarding breakfast, it was too late to get the entire items made available. Evening tea and snacks, too long it took and finally we got cold tea. Only french fries was the available snacks which is not a common item and not up to the mark.
The external area ( lake side) was not maintained well. Swimming pool water circulation switched off in the evening and not turned on for next day till we checkout. Hair dryer was not working and I complained the same but no one attended it.
