Well appointed and very helpful host
The only criticism was it was a little isolated however we managed by catching public transport into Olbia.

Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta ed è stato tutto perfetto. L’appartamento era molto pulito, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort, ci siamo subito sentiti a casa.
La posizione era ideale, a 5 minuti dal centro e con facile accesso a spiagge meravigliose. La zona era tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per esplorare la città e i dintorni. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendo ottimi consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Assolutamente consigliato per chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi a Olbia. Tornerò sicuramente!

L’appartement est neuf, la terrasse est très agréable (pratique pour manger et étendre des affaires). Il y a également des places de parking gratuites devant l’appartement et on peut rejoindre le centre d’Olbia en 25-30 min à pieds. L’hôte a également été très réactive.
L’ascenseur a été en panne pendant 2 jours et l’appartement est situé au 4e étage ! Cela a rendu notre séjour assez désagréable.
Le socle de la douche est très glissant, et il manquait également des équipements de premières nécessités (huile, sel, poivre, pas de sac poubelle en plus, etc.).
