Die Lage der Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig und in etwa 5 Autominuten oder 30 Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum. Der Check-in / out war unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schlicht eingerichtet und bietet wenig Komfort. Besonders störend war die fehlende richtige Klimaanlage – das mobile Klimagerät ist sehr laut und kaum effektiv, sodass Schlafen kaum möglich war. Auch der kleine Deckenventilator brachte keine Abhilfe. Der Aufenthalt ist komplett zur Selbstversorgung gedacht: kein Reinigungsservice, kein Handtuchwechsel (möglich gegen Extragebühr) und kein Toilettenpapier. Eine Waschmaschine wäre für längere Aufenthalte sinnvoll. Sehr unpraktisch fanden wir die Müllsituation: Es gibt keine gemeinsamen Tonnen, stattdessen muss man Müll sortieren und teils selbst zu einem 6,5 km entfernten Recyclinghof bringen. Für Gäste ist das kompliziert und nicht besonders einladend.
