This is not the first time I stay in TimurBay, really love the seaside view and facilities that can be found here.
1. First about the check in and check out, check in at 3pm is fair but check out at 11am is not really fascinating.
2. Check in at 3pm but the check in instructions are not clear, previous stay gave 2 access cards but I only got 1 for this host. I still have to pay for additional deposit for this unit which is not included in the booking payments. Returning the deposits still need to wait for further verification at 6pm after 11am checkout.
3. Despite the delay in checking in due to incomplete check in instructions, the unit was not cleaned at all, leaving all the previous visitors leftover. Host is not really responsive and no one pick up the call.
