The view, the location and the ease of checking in and out. There are also 2 parking lots which are convenient. Seaview is great. Room size is a bit small but ok. A few eateries and mini markets outside and more foodstalls across the road.

The lack of bins and bath mats. These do not cost much but would make a big difference. Also they didn't replenish the toilet tissues from the last occupants. The futon's beddings and blankets need to be changed; the existing ones are ugly and do not match. Should buy a set. A crucial point is the camera inside the unit. It is actually illegal to have the camera inside the unit and can be deemed as an invasion of privacy which can be indicted on. Other units, I noticed, place their cameras outside the main door which is where they should be, not inside.

Amazing view and location. Had a very pleasant stay!

I found the place to be dusty especially in the curtain areas and I think the curtains need a change.

The view is the best

The apartment was dusty and despite complaining, my complaint was not shown importance. No cleaners came to clean the hotel. The towels and bedsheet were dirty and torn. The kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. There was lipstick mark on the cup. I was not able to contact the agent. He/she does not want to answer or return my call.
