Feedback Regarding My Recent Stay at Corniche Street - Luxury Room

Dear Management/Booking.com Support Team, I recently stayed at Corniche Street - Luxury Room on Sat 12 Apr 2025 to Sun 13 Apr 2025 and I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience. During my stay, I found that several basic amenities were missing in my room, including there is not single one water bottle, no tea kettle, dustbin, just a bed was there which is not up to mark. Moreover, when I requested water from the hotel management, my request was ignored, and I did not receive any assistance. This was quite disappointing and not what I expected for the price I paid 148 dirhams. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Everything is to dislike. No location is available in the Google Maps or Waze. Reached finally with the help of lots of people in the street. But unfortunately no-one is available to allot rooms. Finally left the facility without staying. Tried the provided customer care number, but no one picked up the calls. Booking.com should remove this facility from the application immediately.

Parking is big problem. We were searching for more than 1hr for parking. Host was very rude and not accommodating. We called and he was shouting on the phone. He was not clear in giving instructions.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it blew me away! For just some AED a night, I got a 4-star experience. The room was spotless, and I felt safe throughout my stay. But the best part? The service! Mr. Aala, one of the staff members, was incredible. He was so friendly and helpful, making my stay extra special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Clean, safe, and with top-notch service, this hotel is a steal for the price!

Dear India/Pakistan guys, who are working and living in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E), it's not a hotel. It's a HOSTEL. Terrible service, dirty room, dirty tables and kitchen without spoons, knifes, folks. We traveled from Kazakhstan, and it was disgusting service. In the room there weren't bed sheets, only one towel to two person🫣, and it smells terrible. P.S.No administrator on the first floor, no telephone number. How we got their number, it's another history (topic). We just stayed there only one night, but at night we ran away to the airport.

It's a normal shared room in a normal rent shared apartment in a normal resident building. The bathroom is shared and this information was not clear in the description of the room at time of the booking. The bedding was not clean. There was no soap or shower gel. There was no towels and all facilities of any normal hotel room was not available.

Location was great , walking distance to Corniche. Bus stop to the airport near by. Room was big and clean. Communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful.

I read bad reviews after I booked the room, so I was a little worried. But honstly once I reached, I was extremely happy. The assistant was so kind and so polite, the place was so clean, the internet is 5G. They gave me a new blanket, fresh water. I felt I I'm in 5 star room Thanks, Mo, also thanks, Mahmoud
