Tiny but mighty

Everything was great. It was super clean & the pillows' sheets & towels smelt so good. Although it was a studio, there was enough comfortable space for our family. The distance to the beach is a plus, as it is so close & it was easy to access just across the street from the residence. Having the private parking was very convenient as it is a must in Cannes to have accessible parking as it's so hard to find any spot to park in. Even though the kitchen was tiny & only 1 person can be in it at a time, it was fully equipped with everything that is essential. Another good point about this place is that the bathroom is right at the entrance of the house, making it an ideal place to go directly into after coming back all sandy & wet from the beach. The air-conditioning cooled perfectly. The balcony was spacious enough to have a seating area & an area to hang dry clothes. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable.

There were stairs. The bathtub was a bit high, so we needed to be more careful getting into & out of it, but there were handles that were helpful.

Nie wiem skąd takie wysokie opinie

Gospodarz był sympatyczny, przywitał nas przy przekazaniu kluczy. Jest osobą kontaktową. Interesował się, czy czegoś jie potrzeba. Pozwolił opuścić lokal trochę później niż w regulaminie. Bardzo blisko do plaży i przystanków autobusowych.

Mieszkanie zniedbane, niezbyt czyste. Brak podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak szampon czy żel pod prysznic. Papier toaletowy na 5 dni dla dwóch osób to 1,5 rolki. W mieszkaniu, które kosztuje ponand 100 euro za dobę po sezonie, zdecydowanie powinno się o to zadbać, żeby podstawowe rzeczy były na miejscu. Nie używaj pralki! bęben szarpie ubrania. Musiałam wyrzucić ulubiony strój kąpielowy. Do mieszkania wlatuje mnóstwo komarów, elektryczny antykomar nie pomaga. Na balkonie jednego dnia odwiedził nas szczur. Najgorsze, co się wydarzyło podczas tego pobytu jest to, że jedną z nas pogryzły pluskwy. W salonie poza lampką nocną nie ma żadnego źródła światła.

Super nah zum Strand, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Wer aufgrund der Beschreibung ein zweites Schlafzimmer erwartet , wird leider etwas enttäuscht sein, es gab leider nur ein Zimmer. Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen etwas laut.

Vacanze in famiglia vicinissimo al Cannes !

Siamo stati con la mia famiglia in vacanze natalizie , anche se l’appartamento è solo con una camera è comunque è comoda per quanto persone . Proprietario gentile e disponibile . Quello che sono rimasta colpita che ho trovato tutto necessario in cucina e in bagno . Posizione è comodissima 6 min in macchina dal centro di Cannes ed è situato di fronte al mare , con ampio parcheggio vicino l’appartamento . Torneremo sicuramente ancora in estate !
