Clean room, well organized host. very quick response from host. Clear instructions how to get the key. Quiet neighbour. many restaurant and local grocery store around the block.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Schlafsofa ist etwas unbequem, aber für ein paar Nächte in Ordnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Nachbarn waren teilweise nachts im Treppenhaus etwas lauter.

Staff gentile e disponibile ma letto da fare

Staff molto disponibile e gentile. Self check in che permette di gestirsi in autonomia e istruzioni chiare. Ci abbiamo dormito solo una notte quindi non abbiamo vissuto la struttura, nonostante ci sia il divano letto abbiamo dormito comodamente. Unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto è che il divano era chiuso e ci siamo dovuti fare noi il letto. Inoltre il piumone che si trovava nell’armadietto delle lenzuola non sembrava essere stato lavato. Per il resto lenzuola e appartamento molto puliti.

Fantastico appartamento

Fantastica esperienza, host disponibili e gentili, struttura accogliente, autonoma, efficiente, piccola ma corredata di tutti i comfort, SILENZIOSA, parcheggio in strada gratuito e sempre disponibile.

Unica cosa è il divano letto, che potrebbe essere migliorato da un sistema a scomparsa integrato alla parete dell'angolo notte, che renderebbe la soluzione ancora più efficace. Peccato non poter avuto modo di usare la graziosa verandina indipendente a causa del clima di febbraio piovoso.

...non benissimo

Gli host della struttura sono stati super simpatici, super disponibili e sempre accorti a tutto, ci hanno indicato il posto quando non riuscivamo a trovarlo e sono sempre stati disponibili e gentili. Anche quando al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una padella rotta si sono subito offerti di venircene a portare una nuova. Il posto è molto tranquillo, c'è tantissimo posto auto e con 10-15 Min di auto raggiungi tutto quello che vuoi, e intorno hai un centro commerciale a 2 Min di auto e tanto altro.

Il NO più grande va dato al "letto" che innanzitutto non è un letto ma un divano-letto scomodissimo, due notti a dormire lì sono stati un agonia pazzesca! Il terrazzino ha le recinzioni che sono alte tipo 40cm (più o meno) quindi non lo usi per farci colazione fuori o bere qualcosa perché altrimenti i passanti ti vedono e quindi privacy zero. Ultima nota dolente, ora non è "previsto" che un host che affitta un appartamento debba per forza dotartelo di qualcosa ma al nostro arrivo c'erano solo 2 bottigliette di acqua liscia in frigo e un rotolo di carta igienica (oltre quello già in uso)... nient'altro! Ne un po di caffè, ne un po di zucchero, un minimo sarebbe stato molto gradito....invece nulla.

Man schläft auf einem Klappsofa in der Küche, und alles ist sehr eng. Es gibt keine ordentliche Bettwäsche. Matratze ist alt und durchgelegen. Die Nachbarn schreien, man hört alles durch und es ist sehr laut. Die Gegend ist nicht die Seriöste. Schlecht isolierte Fenster. Für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit
