Just like it was advertised, very spacious clean & safe. Excellent communication!!! Well stock home for cooking and comfortable furniture including the bed. The bed was super comfortable with the sheets and blankets, we will miss this. Walking distance to Harry’s and a small lake with walking paths. Excellent place to choose.

It’s proximity to the toll road. Some days we’re noisier than other. Was it an issue - no ! I am just sensitive to noise and did not expect this. The other location we did not hear it at all.

Spacious and close to walking paths, swimming pools, pickle ball, and the Brownwood square. Beds were very comfortable. It had everything you could want a three bedroom house to have. The owners were also very responsive. Highly recommend this rental.

This place is incredible! Nancy has literally thought of everything needed to make you comfortable. She had pre-set the air conditioning so the whole property was a perfect temperature throughout our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals - a superb gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, airfryer, blender, plenty of crockery and a plethora of utensils. There is also a lovely outdoor area with table and chairs and a gas BBQ (which we didn't make use of during our time there). The bathrooms contained toiletries, the kitchen had washing up liquid, cleaning utensils and even the washing machine was left with washing pods (and laundry sheets for the tumble dryer)! Not only was there a variety of towels and flannels available, there was also a bundle of beach towels too. The whole place was spotless and beautiful decorated. We felt right at home. It couldn't have been better. The location is also superb. situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with easy access to all the locations in The Villages. The use of the golf cart was much appreciated and enjoyed (anyone who knows The Villages knows how handy it is to use a golf cart rather than taking the car). I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in The Villages. It is simply wonderful! Thank you Nancy for making our holiday so enjoyable 😃 Re the photos I've submitted, please note these were taken just before we checked out (so the beds we used had been stripped).

The only issue we had was not being able to work out how to access programmes on the TV in the bedroom! I am sure that if I had contacted Nancy she would have informed me how to do this, but as there was also a TV in the living room, it didn't matter, so I didn't ask for help! Maybe the provision of an 'idiots guide to how to use the TV' might have been helpful! 🤪
