Very nice property and amazing view from balcony on the beach and sand dunes. 15 minutes walking to the beach. No noises at night. Two new A/C units (which are absolutely necessary during July/August), so there is not anymore problem with inside temperature (like in reviews from last year)
These are not disadvantages of the property, but the area itself:
small grocery store that is not very well stocked. Tap water not recommended for direct drinking (for cooking OK).

Questa casa si distingue per la pulizia impeccabile e la posizione eccellente. Tutto all'interno è nuovo e ben curato, offrendo un ambiente moderno e confortevole. La casa è fornita di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli, tv, ventilatore, zanzariere, ecc. Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e sempre pronto ad assistere gli ospiti. A coronare il tutto, una vista mozzafiato che rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. Consigliatissima!
L’unica nota - che non dipende però da chi gestisce la struttura - è che le casette sono tutte appiccicate e i vicini rumorosi rendono difficile dormire.
